Thanks for shopping at Doze. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Because our earplugs are inserted into the ear, they are personal hygiene products. For health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept change-of-mind returns if the item is unused and returned with its original sealed packaging intact and unopened, in the same condition you received it, together with your receipt or proof of purchase. Earplugs that have been opened or used cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty — see "Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items" below.

How to Start a Return
Email us at doze.shop@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll review your request and, if it's accepted, send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please don't send anything back before requesting a return — items sent to us without an approved return request cannot be accepted. Questions? Contact us anytime at doze.shop@outlook.com.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item, except where the law requires otherwise.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at doze.shop@outlook.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs. This applies regardless of whether the packaging has been opened, and is in addition to your statutory rights.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns on:

  • Earplugs that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons (unless the item is faulty)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible item and, once your return is accepted, place a new order.

UK 14-Day Cancellation Right
If you are based in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, send us a clear statement of your decision (email to doze.shop@outlook.com) before the 14 days expire; a model cancellation form is available on request.

For health and hygiene reasons, this cancellation right does not apply to earplugs once their sealed packaging has been opened. Sealed, unopened earplugs can be returned in full.

Returned items must be in the same condition you received them, with packaging intact. We'll refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being notified of your cancellation, though we may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or you provide proof of return. You are responsible for return shipping costs and for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature and characteristics.

If we ship to your country outside the UK, equivalent local cancellation or consumer rights may apply and will be honoured where required by law.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please contact us at doze.shop@outlook.com.

Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights, including any legal guarantee of conformity or right to a remedy for faulty or misdescribed goods under the laws of your country of residence.
