Shipping Policy

Your order ships safely and securely, fully tracked from our door to yours. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your Doze order arrives.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. If your country isn't listed, contact us at doze.shop@outlook.com and we'll let you know whether we can help.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–6 business days after your payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During sales, product launches, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 4–7 business days.

Please note that this is in addition to processing time. Your total estimated time from order to delivery is approximately 7–13 business days. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, remote delivery locations, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on orders of 2 or more items. For single-item orders, a shipping charge applies and will be calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after dispatch. If you haven't received tracking details within a reasonable time after the processing window, contact us at doze.shop@outlook.com.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes (Important)
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your destination. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are your responsibility as the recipient; they are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are outside our control.

Customs rules have changed significantly in some markets. In particular, the United States no longer applies a duty-free threshold for low-value imports, which means U.S. orders may now incur import duties or fees on arrival regardless of order value. We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering if you're unsure. Customs processing may also add time to delivery, and we cannot influence how long your local authority takes to release a package.

We are unable to mark shipments as "gifts" or under-declare their value, as this is against the law.

Delays
While we work hard to dispatch every order promptly, we are not responsible for delays once a package leaves our hands, including those caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, incorrect delivery details, or events beyond our reasonable control (such as strikes, severe weather, or natural disasters).

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If your order is returned to us due to an address error, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur an additional shipping charge.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check around your delivery location and with neighbours, and allow a little time, as carriers sometimes mark parcels as delivered slightly early. If your package is genuinely lost or hasn't arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated window, contact us at doze.shop@outlook.com and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at doze.shop@outlook.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
